Waterbased antirust- primer for metal

This antirust-primer has corrosion-proof pigments which can be applied on any type of coating. It is ideal as a primer for water-based and synthetic enamel topcoats. It does not stick to aluminium, anodised surfaces and some special alloys.

WHERE TO APPLY: metal items in general, railings, fences, and gates.

HOW TO APPLY: by brush/spray.

ON NEW METAL: carefully remove any grease from the surface using the nitrocellulose thinner KK 3105. Apply 1 or 2 coats of antirust-primer HH 8000, leave 4 hours between coats.

ON PREVIOUSLY COATED METAL: clean the surface removing any coatings, or rust. When required, apply a layer of antirust-primer HH 8000. Then you can apply the enamel HL 20**.
